Somebody made a ‘Twilight’ movie and forgot to invite Edward.
The problem with “Breaking Dawn, Part 2″ is the problem with all the “Twilight” movies — they’re not made for “Twilight” fans. I’m not sure who these movies are made for, actually. People who like wigs? And Volvos? And creative beheadings? “Twilight” fans love Bella and Edward, and Bella and Edward have become supporting characters.
I went to see “Breaking Dawn,” and it burned my lizard brain.
I went and saw “Breaking Dawn,” and then I wrote this review in some sort of fever dream. And now, when I think about it, I’m pretty sure that Divine was born to play Bella. SPOILER ALERT.
Stephenie Meyer is a great writer. There, I said it.
